Alaina turned 12 weeks old yesterday! She is still sleeping quite well at night -- mostly still waking up once per night at this point (last night she woke up around 3 or so but then was back down until we woke her up in the morning). I took her to the pediatrician on Thursday and she got zantac for her acid reflux. She's only gotten 4 doses so far, but she already seems to be crying and arching her back less after feedings, so we're hoping this will alleviate her discomfort.
It is fun to wake Alaina up in the morning. She usually stretches a lot and gives you a smile if you talk to her a bit. She also enjoys hearing us whistle. She just can't seem to figure out how we're making those funny high-pitched noises!
