Six-Month Checkup

Alaina got her checkup and shots today. She took the shots well, but I'm sure we'll be looking at 24-48 hours of crankiness like usual.

She weighs 16 pounds 11.2 ounces and is 26 inches long (a gain of about 2 pounds and 2 inches since her last appointment 2 months ago). The dr thought she looked great, and it sounds like she's right on track developmentally. The dr was amazed at how quickly Alaina grabbed her instruments whenever she laid them down. :-)
