Alaina had a great birthday -- at least, we think she did. ;-) We took her to a fun place called Snapperz (it's owned by the long snapper for the Colts) that has lots of inflatable things to bounce in (Todd and I got to play in them, too!). Then she had a cheeseburger Happy Meal for lunch. We had a few of her playmates over for pizza, cake and ice cream. All in all, we tried to fill the day with things we thought she would enjoy.
The night before, we went to Christmas at the Zoo. They have all sorts of special activities for it, including Santa, a special dolphin show, etc. But my favorite thing was just looking at all the beautiful lights that were everywhere I looked. It was mesmerizing.
