Princess Tea Party Playdate

Alaina had a princess tea party playdate today with her friend Karly. We brought over Alaina's princess things and they combined resources. Alaina surprised me and dressed up as Tinkerbell today (her favorite is Cinderella). It was adorable watching them put on their shoes and accessories, stick-on earrings, etc.


I brought over some heart-shaped scones for the girls to eat at their tea party. They put water in the teapot and poured for each other while listening to music from Disney movies.

Later, they also had a princess hair salon session. Karly eventually became Ariel and Alaina was Tiana from the latest Disney movie for a bit. Alaina had such a wonderful time that she cried when it was time to leave. We are very thankful for Karly and her family -- they have been a great support to us since we moved here. I'm sure this will not be the last princess tea party they will share.
